example would be if you are having potatoes for lunch do not combine it with meat or fish.

What you can do is combine proteins or carbohydrates with what are classified as ‘neutral’ foods
and fortunately for us there are a lot of neutral foods available which gives us a wide range of

I think this is a major benefit compared to most diets which are often restrictive, boring and hard to
