I love the Virginia Tech research, drink a liter before breakfast....,works great when you are twenty. I am
almost 50 and my metobolic rate has changed and no matter how much water I drink my meto rate will
not change. I wish there were more articles dealing with people in my age group.

Siobhan I normally dont critique peoples nutritional advice... Unless of course they offer a total crap pot
theory backed up by a flimsy article... that much protein at every meal? Are you kidding? People get
way to much as it is... Americans daily diet usually consume up to 35 to 40% of protein... If you eat it
every meal that would be sky rocketed... Do you even know how much protein you are supposed to
get.....? It's 15% Now a lot of protein in your diet causes many problems, mainly effecting your
kidneys, also excess amino acids (Protein) act as free radicals in you system. Which means your
body goes into shock, basically thinking its sick. Also, before posting ads online you should back
them up with documented studies.
