Investor Relations
Oversee the management of our agency investor relations to include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae.
Additionally, oversee the investor relations with our Mortgage Insurance providers. This role entails all aspects of
communication, financial presentations, investor strategy, and brand messaging.
Oversee and coordinate financial and counterparty assessments of our MI partners in collaboration with our Risk
group. Assessments focus on three key areas: financial performance, book performance, and efficiencies around
claims, rescissions, and loss mitigation.
Oversee and coordinate the Agency and Investor Relations intranet website. This website functions as a key
repository of information regarding our investor relationships. The information managed here is instrumental to
all levels of decision making within the organization and the information is relied upon in assessing and
determining strategies and business initiatives.
Develop, administer, and communicate reporting and analytics to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure
the appropriate metrics and service quality levels are being monitored and measured to ensure alignment to
corporate goals.
Oversee the negotiation and subsequent implementation of contract terms, master agreements, and pricing
strategies. Work with all areas involved with the decision-making and subsequent management of the agreed upon
terms.
Relationship Management
Manage both the Agencies and MI relationships across the organization. In this capacity, primary responsibilities
included the development of strategies, negotiation of contract terms and conditions, and collaboration between
internal and external stakeholders. Proactively assess policies, procedures, and new offerings from the agency and
MI providers and propose recommendations on how they could be applied to our evolving business model.
Develop and nurture relationships with external customers. These customers would include Private Investors, MI
companies, and Non-Profit/Community Lending groups. Negotiate waivers and variances; solicit participation
for product pilots, partner to analyze market trends and opportunities, which further strengthen these relationships.

2. Manage the internal integration leads that work within each sales channel and focus on product implementation.
Ensure all resources are aware and aligned to the current workflow, address and resolve high-level issues and
determine overall outcomes for projects. Successfully implemented over 100 product launches creating both
incremental and new lines of revenue.
Coordinate and manage executive review committees. These committees assist in crafting product and price
strategies for our channels of business. Interact with executive level personnel to identify corporate or division
goals. Work to develop and design product and programs that will meet the needs to be successful.
Product Development
Design and develop product strategies that appeal to the marketplace, providing solutions for both the consumer
and organization. Create production sustainability for our sales channels and expand market share by developing
products that provide a new market entry or expand upon an existing product line.
Oversee enterprise product lines to include Conforming Agency, Government, Jumbo A, Alt-A, and Seconds.
Worked with Capital Markets Trading to create execution strategies that translated back into both price and product
competitiveness in the marketplace. Total first lien production of $60 - $100b and second lien production of $10b.
Collaborate with senior management regarding business strategies and determining the role of product
Development in supporting their success. Work with each channel to develop tailor-made programs and products
that allow them a competitive position in the marketplace for both production and market share growth.
Oversee the Product Development team and the end-to-end process and workflows used to bring products from
conception to implementation. Partner with all business support groups that impact products. Conduct analysis to
understand the product life cycle and subsequent positioning.
Sales Management
Oversee five branch locations. Responsible for the development of talent, production goals, strategy
implementation, and new business development. Total deposit base of $500 million with a total FTE of 75.
Achieved consistent top ratings for performance and goal achievement, ranking in the top-five offices nationally for
a five-year period.
Managed multi-million dollar P&L centers, ensuring conformity to expense and income projections and the
appropriate allocation of both financial and human resources.
Development of sales strategies to expand revenue sources and corporate footprint. Developed multifaceted sales
program that included the integration of consumer, investment, and lending options within the retail branch
network. These strategies added an additional $10 million in revenue annually to the base retail revenue
opportunities.
