INTRODUCTION
 Maruti Udyog Limited(MUL) : established in February 1981,
through the actual production commenced in 1983 with the
maruti 800, based on Suzuki alto kei.
 Maruti Udyog Limited was renamed as Maruti Suzuki India
Limited on 17 sept. 2007.
 It has two plants for manufacturing facility:-
1. Gurgaon Manufacturing facility
2. Manesar Manufacturing facility
GURGAON PLANT
 Three fully integrated manufacturing plants
 Area: 300 Acres
 Manufacturing Capacity: 7,00,000 vehicles
annually(each 3 plants)
 Cars manufacturing: 800, Alto, WagonR, Estilo, Omni,
Gypsy, and Eeco.
MANESAR PLANT
 Area: 600 acres
 Manufacturing Capacity: 5,50,000 vehicle annually
 Cars Manufacturing: A-star, Swift, Swift Dzire, Ritz,
and SX4
MARUTI SUZUKI
INDIA LTD.
 Maruti Suzuki is India and Nepal’s leading automobile
manufacturing company and the market leader in the
car segment both in terms of volume of vehicles sold
and revenue earned. Until recently , 18.28% of the
company was owned by the Indian government and 54.2 %
by Suzuki of Japan.
 The BJP led government held an initial public offering of
25% of the company in June 2003. As of 10 May 2007
Govt. of India sold its complete share to Indian Financial
Institutions. The Govt. of India no longer has stake in
Maruti Udyog.

 Maruti Suzuki hires people from all across the country
for its all verticals. The process starts with a campus visit
where interviews are conducted after a brief short listing
method. Various tools of selection are used to search the
best talent.
 Engine Testing, Engine Design, Transmission Design,
Chassis/ suspension/ steering/Brakes.
 BIW/TRIMS/NVH,CAE Vehicle Testing, Homologation,
Body Electricals, Engine Electricals, Control Spec,
Communication
 Body Control & EMI/EMC, HVAC, Instrument Panel/
Doors/ Closures/ Seating System.
ELIGIBILTY
 Qualification: Bachelors/Master’s in
Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile
Engineering(Minimum First Division in 10th, 12th &
Engineering) Proficient in UG or other CAD software for
design profiles.
 Levels to be offered: Assistant Manager/Deputy
Manager/Manager as per skills and experience.
 Work Experience: 3 to 12 years
 With regard to fresher’s Maruti Suzuki hires fresher’s
only from campus interviews and do not accept
applications directly.

INTRODUCTION  Maruti Udyog Limited(MUL) : established in February 1981, through the actual production commenced in 1983 with the maruti 800, based on Suzuki alto kei.  Maruti Udyog Limited was renamed as Maruti Suzuki India Limited on 17 sept. 2007.  It has two plants for manufacturing facility:- 1. MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD.  Maruti Suzuki is India and Nepal’s leading automobile manufacturing company and the market leader in the car segment both in terms of volume of vehicles sold and revenue earned. Until recently , 18.28% of the company was owned by the Indian government and 54.2 % by Suzuki of Japan.  The BJP led government held an initial public offering of 25% of the company in June 2003. As of 10 May 2007 Govt. of India sold its complete share to Indian Financial Institutions. The Govt. of India no longer has stake in Maruti Udyog.
