Milk Day Spa was established in leafy Glenmore Road, Paddington in 2004 designed to deliver an exceptional day spa experience to Sydney. In response to client demands, in 2009 we shifted our focus to offer high-performance facial treatments that are non-invasive and highly results driven in a day spa environment.

Aromatherapy and Ayurvedic massage techniques, your
therapist will soothe and stimulate the soft tissue and
muscles. Aromas you choose before your massage are

4. After the first trimester you can experience a unique
way to bond with baby through massage. Lying on
your stomach is a wonderful feeling with our
pregnancy bed. With the combination of warm oils
and soothing music, your body will feel your babies
glow. Revive aches, pains and poor circulation to
encourage peace and calm. We incorporate a
soothing Milk Foot Bath to relax mind and body.

treatment. Commence with our dry body brushing to
improve circulation, lymphatic drainage to release
toxins and exfoliate. Be drenched with a warm Milk
custard, and cocooned to infuse exotic butters and
oils. Receive our eye chillout therapy whilst wrapped.
Mind and body will be balanced, with skin so soft and

Cinnamon and Lime body scrub. Jojoba and bamboo
beads will exfoliate to remove dull, dry skin. Shower,
then your scrub will finish with a misting of mandarin
and cedarwood pure silk multi vitamin oil. Skin will
feel refreshed, polished and revitalised. A must for
any season.

Milk treat exclusively designed for you. Start with a
warm Aromatic body scrub boosted with essential
oils, selected specifically for you to detoxify and
revitalise your skin. Then experience our signature
warming stone massage to totally de-stress and melt
muscle tension, leaving your skin fabulously polished
and smooth…just divine!

8. Heal your hands with this incredible manicure
therapy. Includes organic scrub, customised masque
and massage with hydrating mineral moisturisers. A
warm towel wrap relieves tired hands and aids
relaxation. Hands are noticeably softer and smoother,
nails and cuticles conditioned and nourished.

9. An intensive pedicure and aromatic experience for
your feet. Includes skin exfoliation, and warm wrap to
ease tired and aching feet. A customised masque
heals and softens, while foot massage calms and
