2. Sugar CRM for Steel Traders: 1. Login into the database of sugar CRM using User name and the Password.

3. 2. In Main Menu bar -> Sales -> Accounts -> Click on Create Account, to create a new Customer account.

4. 3. A new account form appears on the screen. Enter Customer details and Save.

5. 4. In Main Menu bar -> Sales -> Contacts -> Click on Create Contact to enter the contact person details and assign the customer Account created for it.

6. 5. In Main menu bar ->In Quotes -> Click on Quotes . List of already existing Quotes appear on the screen.

7. 6. Click on Create Quote option on the left side of the screen to create a new Quotation

8. 7. Enter the Quotation name , Select the Account and Click on Populate Address. Address related to the account is auto-populated in Address fields.

9. 8 . Select the Quote's Validity date.

10. 9. Enter the Basic Price, Freight and select VAT values in their respective fields. ED+Cess is automatically calculated.

11. 10. If SEZ (Special Economic Zone) option is selected, taxes like VAT, ED+Cess will not be applicable.

12. 11. Finally click on Save to save the Quote.

13. 12 . Next Click on Generate PDF on the top of the Saved Quote.

14. 13. Report of the Quote is generated in the PDF format.

15. 14. Next click on Send PDF to Client to send PDF to client through mail.

16. 15. PDF is sent to the customer mail ID which is configured in the database.

17. 16. Next Click on Send for Approval on the top of the saved Quote.

18. 17. A pop-up window appears with the Quote which is in Edit mode by clicking on Send for Approval.

19. 18. Enter required Product Quantity, can change the Price of the Product and finally Save the quote.

20. 19. Waiting for Approval option appears on the top of the Quote.

21. 20. Next click on Send Request option to view the list of requests sent along with their status.

22. 21. Send Reques t screen with the list of quotes that are sent for Approval along with their Current Status.

23. 22. User who has permissions to Approve the Quote will login into the database of Sugar CRM using his User name and Password.

24. 23. In main menu bar -> Quotes -> Click on Quotes. List of Quotes are displayed on the screen.

25. 24. Next Click on All Requests option on the left side of the screen.

26. 25. List of Quotes Requests are displayed on the screen along with the Basic Price, Quote number, Name and Owner name.

27. 26. Click on the Quote to View the Quote details. .

28. 27. Click on Approve to approve the Quote or on Disapprove to disapprove the Quote.

29. 28 . By Approving the Quote, a mail is sent to the Warehouse department that a quote has been Approved and is ready for shipment.

30. 29. Finally , status of the Quote changes to Approved.

31. 30. To generate reports as per the user, go to Reports in main menu. Click on Reports. User-Report screen appears.

32. 31. Select the User name, Start date , End date and finally click on Generate to generate the report as per the user.

33. 32. A report is generated in PDF format with details such as SRSNo., Date, Account name, Quantity and their Total value.
