2. 1. Login to the Sugar CRM using User name and Password .
3. 2. Next Create a new database in Open ERP or Login to the existing database of Open ERP using user name and Password .
4. 3. In Sugar CRM main menu bar, Click on Preferences option. Sample Preferences of a database are displayed on the screen.
5. 4. Click on the Edit icon of the sample preferences.
6. 5. Set the Preferences in Sugar CRM according to the Open ERP database Enter the Database name , User, Password, XMLRPC URL, Open ERP user name ,Admin ID and Save.
7. Creation of Account: 6. In Sugar CRM main menu, click on Accounts option. List of existing accounts are displayed on the screen.
8. 7. Click on Create Account in Actions menu list. A new form to create new customer account is displayed on the screen.
9. 8. Enter required details of the customer like Name, Office phone number ,Contact Address type , Address and Email address in the form and Save it.
10. 9. Account which is created and Saved in Sugar CRM, same account is updated in customers module of Open ERP database .
11. 10. If any modifications are made in the Account of Sugar CRM, those modifications are reflected in customer account of Open ERP’s database.
12. Creation of Product: 11. In sugar CRM main menu bar, click on Products option, list of existing products are displayed on the screen.
13. 12. Click on Create product in Actions menu list. A new form to create a product is displayed on the screen.
14. 13. Enter required fields like , Name, Product reference, Cost Price and sale price etc., and Click on Save button to save the product in Sugar CRM.
15. 14. Product which is created in the sugar CRM , same product is updated in the Open ERP also.
16. 15. If any modifications are made in the Product record like changing the Cost Price of the Product in sugar CRM, those modifications are reflected in the product record of Open ERP .
17. Creation of a Sale order in Sugar CRM: 16. In main menu , click on the Sales Order option . List of existing sales orders are displayed on the screen.
18. 17. Click on Create Sales Order in Actions menu list . A new form to generate a sale order is displayed on the screen.
19. 18. Enter Sales Order number , Select the customer, Ordered date , Shop and Price list and Save the record.
20. 19. Sale Order created and saved in the Sugar CRM is updated in Open ERP also in Draft ( Quotation) state .
21. 20. In Sugar CRM, Select Products in sub-panel of created sales Order.
22. 21. Same Products are added in the Sale order lines of Open ERP.
23. 22 . Further Processing i.e., Adding taxes to the Product , Computing and Confirming of Sales Order can be performed in Open ERP .
