Conclusion Runner+ is a useful web 2.0 technology for logging your runs. This task can be easily accomplished with a normal excel spreadsheet. The problem is the need for expensive equipment (special nike shoes + ipod) for the log to be complete(pace, and calories). I will not advise using runner plus unless the runner already possessed the extra equipment
