3. Let’s begin…
In this brief report we will examine how you can dramatically increase exposure to your
YouTube video by utilizing an 11 step process that capitalizes on the relationship between
Google and YouTube.
This process yields consistent results for both commercial and non-commercial videos although
naturally the more popular the video is to begin with the more dramatic the results will be.
If you plan on making any money using video marketing as a primary strategy then being able
to increase views to your videos is an absolute necessity. If you simply upload your videos and
expect to receive hundreds of views overnight, then you will be sorely disappointed!
Instead you have to think of your video as “virtual real estate” and as such you need to drive
traffic to it in order for it to be of any use.
Now I know that some of you are ready to exit out of this document because you thought
initially that YouTube was the end-all be-all traffic solution you were looking for in terms of
getting hits to your website, blog, etc.
And now I’m telling you need to drive traffic to your video???
YES…yes I am!
But hold on, this is going to be a lot easier than you might think…
This is mainly because Google LOVES YouTube…wait a minute, they OWN YouTube!
(You probably knew that already …)
And just why is this important?
Because more often than not when you search for something on Google, one or more of the
results on the first page are YouTube videos!
So when you promote your videos by applying my 11 step system, there’s a good chance that
your video will appear on the first page of Google as well as YouTube.
And let’s not forget, Google is not the only search engine in town (although they are the
biggest). It’s also possible for your video to appear in Yahoo!, Bing and other search engines.
Essentially what you’re doing is leveraging the power of the world’s largest video sharing site
and its relationship to the world’s largest search engine in order for your video to be seen by
hundreds or even THOUSANDS of people daily!

4. Your Sales Funnel…
Before we go any further I just want to be clear that my system is for traffic generation
purposes only. I’m going to assume that you’ve already set up your “sales funnel” (or sales
system, same thing) that is able to capture leads and eventually convert those leads into sales
via affiliate links or whatever your monetization strategy happens to be. I’m also going to
assume that you’ve optimized all of your content based on your selected keywords and that the
only missing ingredient is traffic which is where this report come in…

Believe me, setting up your business the right way from the beginning will save you months
possibly YEARS of heartache and depression!
I can show you how to get to the top of the major search engines in less than 24 hours (I’ve
done it many, many times and you won’t believe how easy it is) but you won’t make a dime
unless you have ALL the pieces to the puzzle. Here’s the general sequence of events just to keep
you focused and on track:
 Set up your sales funnel/system
 Create videos pertaining to your offer
 Use my 11 step process to generate a ton of views to your videos
 Sit back, relax and watch the sales roll in…
You can scale your business by creating more videos based on additional keywords as you
discover them as well as creating more sales funnels. Basically the more activity you generate
the more money you’re going to make, it’s that simple.
In fact I utilize what I call the “10 by 10” business plan in which you identify 10 products you
want to promote (affiliate, resale or your own products, doesn’t matter) and identify 10
keywords per product.
That translates into 100 videos and if we make a very conservative assumption that on average
each video is worth a mere $1 per day, then if you do the math that translates into an extra
$3000 per month which is not a bad start. However using my system you will most likely
DOUBLE that amount!
And now…

5. The 11 Step System For Promoting Your YouTube Videos
Here’s an overview of the system:
1. Select profitable keywords
2. Create, upload and optimize video for selected keyword
3. Get a domain or subdomain that exactly matches your keyword and point it toward your
video’s direct link
4. Post domain or subdomain URL to bookmarking sites
5. Mass distribute video
6. Ping your domain or subdomain
7. Post a video response
8. Use software to automate process of networking within YouTube
9. Use software to generate backlinks to your domain or subdomain URL
10. Upload your video to other video sites and repeat above process
11. Repeat the process with additional keywords
The above is a gross oversimplification of the system but it gives you a general idea as to how it
works.
I think you would agree with me that it would be detrimental if everyone and their mother-in-
law had free access to the complete system as the market most likely would become
saturated…
At the same time however I want to be certain that everyone who is truly interested (not tire
kickers) can get their hands on the complete system without too much difficulty…
So I’ve created 3 options:

You get the idea.
It’s a very simple process that you can (and should) be able to complete in less than an hour per
day. You will start to see results literally within a few hours!
(And that by the way is not hype…it’s what I’ve experienced practically every time I apply the
system…ok so sometimes you have days that are not as profitable, that’s to be expected…)
