CHAPTER FINANCES Chapter Annual Budget: ~$40,000 5% Budgeted Savings Rate: ~$2000 / year 2006-2010: ~$10,000 in accumulated savings
ALUMNI BASE Currently 33 members of Graduate Council Growing at rate of ~15 members / year Approx. $5000 in donations to date to CEG, Grad. Council general fund and chapter.  Approx. $500 cash in hand in Grad Council account $3185.96 in Chapter Educational Grant Fund with Phi Kappa Tau Foundation
NEEDS OF THE FUTURE Emergency fund Operating budget for Graduate Council – alumni events, administrative needs, communications, etc. Educational grants for Bluegrass Conference, Leadership Academy, BMC Weekends, etc. Grants to fund community service and scholarship programs and to attract and reward top-performing members Chapter housing / facilities fund
THE ZETA ALPHA FUND Endowment funded by chapter savings and alumni donations Professionally managed and invested Distributions issued as grants by Graduate Council Board of Directors after fund balance reaches $25,000 Zeta Alpha Society: alumni giving $19.06 / month
FUND MANAGER – BRAD DOZIER JD, CFP, ChFC President, Capstone Financial Divisional Vice President, AXA Advisors Referred by former BOG Financial Advisor, John Richardson Will advise on asset allocation, mutual fund selection, cash management and quarterly distribution amounts

PROJECTIONS EXPLANATION Giving rate: percentage of alumni who contribute Personal Annual Contribution: $19.06/month x 12 months Rate of Return: estimated earnings from investments Spending Rate: percentage of endowment issued in grants Grants: Amount available to Grad Council for spending on alumni programming and chapter educational programs

WHAT WE NEED FROM ALUMNI Join the Zeta Alpha Society: $19.06 / month Serve on the Graduate Council Board of Directors Advise the chapter on the Board of Governors Recruit fellow alumni to get involved Attend alumni events – continue the bonds of brotherhood!
