Provisioning is the process of configuring the network to activate and provide the

service for a customer. The 3 major provisioning systems involved are: CORE, eFlow, LIMS
CORE, Customer Order Entry, is used as primary vehicle for provisioning orders.
eFlow is a provisioning workflow application with a generic workflow framework.
eFlow supports workflow processes that are completely manual, completely automated
or a combination of manual and automated tasks. Core and eFlow applications work in tandem.
LIMS (Logical Inventory Monitoring System) is a single source of service information for QWEST
data products.
