A Culture Shift: Research & Development at St Peter’s
Deep change “goes beyond surface structures or procedures
[such as the introduction of a lesson plan] to alter teachers’
beliefs, norms of social interaction and pedagogical
principles.”
Teachers with a deep understanding of the principles of a
reform are better able to respond consistently to new
