He is an academic staff at the British University in Egypt. He had his Ph.D. in employing the Stochastic Operations Research in Econometric Modeling to formulate a Smart Targeting System. He experienced many key positions, either at national, regional or international organizations. For instance; he is the R&D advisor to the President of CAPMAS, and was the information & statistical advisor to the CEO of Oman NCSI. He worked at many UN agencies, e.g., World Bank, ILO, FAO ...etc. He has many evidences on his contribution to the national megaprojects and initiatives, e.g., the main PI for the National Youth Employment Strategy. He appears as co-author for some key reports and policy briefs.
