Ease of use
1. Enter the closed parking area by calling the number on the
barrier (all operators clients, also foreign);
2. Leaving the closed parking area call a randomly generated
number on the barrier;
3. If mobile operator has joined the billing service and customer is
allowed to use m-commerce services, parking charge will be
added to phone bill; if not then the customer will be asked to
enter credit card or cash for payment;
4. First time the customer gets e-check on all transactions sent to
him by e-mail;
5. Self-service web portal to see your parking actions and print
receipts for bookkeeping;

tickets (also to combine parking tickets with other tickets -
concerts, theatre etc);
