Dear Families and Friends members:
There’s excitement in the air, feelings of anxiousness, and feelings of love. Why? The first Weathington-
Dismukes Family Reunion is scheduled for August 13-15, 2010, at the CoCo Key Water Resort/ Sheraton Chicago. We
have an array of activities planned for your enjoyment and sense of adventure drawn around the theme “Lets Keep Our
History Alive.” The family reunion colors are royal blue and yellow!
Reunion Registration (required)
Please complete the registration form and return with your payment. The reunion fees are as follows, adults $50, kids (5-
17) $25 and ages four and under are free. Please mail payments to Delores Dismukes or pay online. The paid reunion fees
will cover meals and events on Friday, Saturday night and Sunday morning. The daily rate is $35 per person. Please
utilize the early payment discount, fees paid before April 15, 2010 is reduced by $5 per person. T-shirts are $10 each and

Hotel Reservations (optional)
Please complete your hotel reservations online or by phone. The reunion will be held at the Sheraton Chicago / CoCo
Key Water Resort in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The room rate starts at $89; deadline to reserve your room is June 1,
2010. The hotel/water park is a 65,000-square foot indoor water park themed to the wild excitement of Key West. It
features two body slides and two tube slides including the Barracuda Blast two-person raft slide, an adventure river, and
the Palm Grotto indoor/outdoor spa. It also offers the Parrot's Perch interactive play island featuring four slides and a giant
