2. This is the Kotel. This is a place where all Jews pray to G-D and it’s also the last wall that was left from the temple that was destroyed. This is the place that people go the most in Israel. Some people put notes in the cracks of the wall so G-D can see them. In the wall people feel closer to G-D. The Kotel
3. This is Old City of Jerusalem. This is the most religious city of Israel. There are 226 monuments from all 3 major religions. This is where the Tower of David is. This is the city that people visit the most in the middle east. The Old City
4. Tower of David The Tower of David is a museum. It is located at Citadel and the museum is in the heart of Jerusalem. In the museum it shows Jerusalem's history. In the spring and summer outside of the museum concerts are performed.
5. Dome of the Rock This is the most famous Muslim site. It was holy before the Muslims came. It was built by Umayyad caliph. This was not going to be the Muslims.
6. Mount of Olives Mount of Olives is holy place, is a hill facing the old city of Jerusalem. It located on the eastern side of Kidron creek. In the Jewish tradition Messiah will come here.
7. Yad Vashem Yad Vashem is a museum of the holocaust. It was established 1953. It is located Har Hazikaron the Mount of Remembrance. It is keeping the memory of the six million people who died in the holocaust.
8. Haas Promenadel(Tayelet) It is a place where you can see the whole Jerusalem landscape. This is also a park. The park has many places to walk and view Jerusalem.
9. Belz Synagogue It has 24,000 square meter house of prayer complete. There is seats for 6,000 people.
10. Gan Sacher It is a large strip of green parkland separating the neighborhood of the principal government buildings
11. Mea Shearim Mea Shearim is a place where ultra- Orthodox Jewish people live. It was founded in 1874. The five founders were citizens of five countries England, Germany, Austria, Russia and Turkey.
