At Gagen MacDonald, I help companies find their larger purpose and foster cultures that enable people to do great work that achieves meaningful, sustainable results. My job is to design processes that help businesses execute broad strategies.
Many clients are surprised (briefly) by where great process comes from: it's the result of finding the art in business, of synthesizing design, language, process and strategy into systems that help people come together and accomplish remarkable things. It's the result of using storytelling, corporate rituals, and even mythology to build a community with a common sense of purpose.
