7. Seek Feedback & Respond - by asking about customer’ own
   experiences, you will find out much and you can then respond
   constructively.
8. Experience Competitors Service - when you get to know what your
   competitors are doing you can learn from them - as well as pat
   yourselves on the back maybe too!
