Lean UX is an approach that combines principles from design thinking, agile development, and lean startup. It aims to produce designs and validate ideas quickly through cross-functional collaboration, removing waste, and continuous delivery. Some key principles of Lean UX include forming small, dedicated teams focused on user needs; defining progress through outcomes rather than outputs; getting out of the office to validate ideas with customers; and allowing teams to fail fast and learn.
