I gave this presentation at Reunion 2017 at Colgate. It talks about social platforms and our use. The crux of the argument is this: if you use a free product, you're the product. If you're okay with trading utility for your data, then by all means, use apps and social media. The bit where is says "Facebook" is when I went online to check the ad preferences of my account. According to Facebook, I like "hell" as a concept.
