How is MSA-P & Parkinson's Disease different?
 In terms of symptoms, both multiple system atrophy and Parkinson's disease causes
slowness of movement with rigid posture, tremor and shuffling gait.
 In MSA patients, Parkinson like symptoms occurs only on one side of the body
whereas true Parkinson's disease affects both sides.
