Mary Talalay has a BS in Journalism from Temple University, an MS in Organizational Dynamics from University of Pennsylvania, and an MPH from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. She played goalie for Temple University's Division 1 Final Four Women's Lacrosse team and was a member of Phi Sigma Sigma. She also studied Epidemiology in Krakow, Poland with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
