44. When burning waste in a pit, use fuel to accelerate the burning and ensure that all waste is completely destroyed.

45. To reduce the generation of pharmaceutical waste, stocks of pharmaceuticals should be inspected periodically and checked for their durability.

48. All the health workers put on heavy duty gloves while dealing with infectious waste specially sharps.
