To Whom It May Concern:
I worked closely with Mary Trieschmann on the design and development of the
new Kohl Children's Museum of Greater Chicago where she served to help create
that museum as Project Manager. Mary worked tirelessly to create the most
interactive, engaging exhibits while staying within budget and meeting the
needs of all stakeholders including visitors, community groups, teachers, donors
and museum staff.
I have never worked with a museum professional that exhibited more dedication
to the success of a project, provided unfailing energy to meet the demands of
the project, and maintained a more competent grasp of the details required to
pull all the aspects of the project together than Mary Trieschmann.
Mary’s expertise and breadth of skills make her the essential member of any
team. She brings passion and a creative spark that propels a project through the
inevitable hurdles of the process to its successful opening. She has won my
