PREPARO MOLHO BRANCO EM UMA PANELA, DERRETER A MANTEIGA E MISTURAR A FARINHA DE TRIGO. COZINHAR POR DOIS MINUTOS, RETIRAR DO FOGO E ACRESCENTAR O LEITE E O IOGURTE AOS POUCOS. LEVAR AO FOGO NOVAMENTE ATÉ ENGROSSAR,COZINHAR POR MAIS CINCO MINUTOS.
