Pada hari ini, Kamis, tanggal, 13 Oktober 2011, tahun dua ribu sebelas, yang bertanda tangan
di bawah ini,

selanjutnya disebut PIHAK PERTAMA

selanjutnya disebut PIHAK KEDUA

Pihak Pertama dan Pihak Kedua sepakat mengadakan perjanjian sebagai berikut:

1. Pihak Kedua memberi dana Beasiswa Unggulan DIKTI, sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku,
   kepada Pihak Pertama untuk mengikuti dan menyelesaikan pendidikan pascasarjana
   Program Magister pada:
   Program Studi     : Magister Pendidikan Sejarah
   Perguruan Tinggi : Universitas Negeri Jakarta

2. Pihak Pertama bersedia untuk ditempatkan di salah satu Perguruan Tinggi di seluruh
   Indonesia segera setelah menyelesaikan program S2 sekurang-kurangnya satu kali masa
   study normal ditambah satu tahun.
3. Pihak Pertama bersedia mengembalikan dua kali biaya yang diterimanya selama masa
   studi ke Kantor Kas Negara Wilayah setempat apabila pihak Pertama:
    a) tidak memenuhi ketentuan yang tercantum dalam Buku Panduan Beasiswa Unggulan
        Untuk Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan, termasuk tidak memenuhi kesepakatan
        pada butir 2 di atas,
    b) melakukan pelanggaran disiplin tingkat sedang dan berat,
    c) terlibat tindak pidana, atau
    d) terlibat penyalahgunaan narkotika, obat terlarang, dan zat adiktif.

Demikian kesepakatan perjanjian ini dibuat oleh kedua belah pihak, ditandatangani di atas
materai sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
