I first discovered this principle when I was a law student and landed my first legal job.
I was hired and on my first week of the job, the CEO of the company I worked for, looks at me
and asks:
Do you know why I hired you?
I said, “I don’t know. Why?”
He told me that he hired me because of my story.
During my interview he asked me what was the most difficult thing I had to overcome. I told him
about my illness.
I shared my story of how I spent my first year of law school terribly sick and as a result my
grades suffered.

As a newbie, you can also leverage success by leveraging the success of others.
Find people in your company, especially people in your team or your upline, who have been

I used this strategy when I was a newbie in my mlm company.
I was in a health and wellness company and a complete newbie to network marketing.
I looked around at the top leaders in the company and noticed something interesting….
most of them were personal trainers.
I had no personal training background but I started marketing to personal trainers.
I was able to recruit 2 people into my business in 1 month, hit the first rank in my company
The best thing about this was when I talked with these personal trainers, they signed up the
SAME day I talked to them.
Why? they were quality prospects AND they saw the value of my mlm business. They were
passionate about the niche my mlm business belonged to (health and wellness).
