Indian dupions, China dupions, Taffetas, Tassars, Jacquards & Dobbies Embellished fabrics -
Embroideries, hand paints and prints for soft home furnishings.

MADE UPS: Bedding ensembles like - Curtains, Cushion covers, Bedsets,Quilts, Comforters,
Eiderdowns, duvet covers, pillow covers, shams, runners etc.

Manpho Exports focuses its view on the continuous need to offer reasonably priced basic product
such as solids and multi-purpose woven and prints.

We offer a variety of excellent designs and qualities and is based on two factors, i.e, latest and
exquisite designs from its experienced design team and a close in house and out sourced
working-relationship with best of weavers embroiders, printers etc..

Investment is made each year in product development. Innovative new collections are
continually developed and colored as per trends. Fabrics are produced and stocked and sample
books are made by us for sales and distribution.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The employer and employee of MANPHO EXPORTS are cannot able to perform their role in
effective manner inside the company due to poor information, relationship, motivation, training
and welfare facilities between employee and employer

OBJECTIVE
        To identify total no of employees and employers
        To identify company’s procedure, policies, rules and regulations
        To find the level of employer and employee performance
        To identify deviation between employer and employee
        To suggest for increasing their performance level of company’s employer and employee

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

SOURCES OF STUDY
It is mainly based on primary data from employee and employer of MANPHO EXPORTS and
some extend need secondary data

SAMPLING
I’m going to use simple random sampling

Total population – 300

Sample unit – Employee and employer

Sample size – 240
TOOLS
Chi- square test and T-test

CONCLUSION
The study concluded that there is a strong correlation between performance monitoring of HR
and the result of the project. The impact of this inference strengthens the importance of having
an effective HR system in an organization that necessarily assigns the tasks of performance
management at least up to performance monitoring of the project team to the project manager
rendering it as one of the primary functions for effective project management. Therefore, the
study recommends that HR management function of performance management at least up to the
level of performance monitoring of HR for projects should not be considered supplementary or
merely a support function as the existing literature of project management proclaims. Rather,
HR management function performance monitoring should be declared as one of the driving
forces in the hands of a project manager with which it makes or breaks the project outcome
utilizing his human resources.

The impact of this inference strengthens the importance of having an effective HR system in an organization that necessarily assigns the tasks of performance management at least up to performance monitoring of the project team to the project manager rendering it as one of the primary functions for effective project management. Therefore, the study recommends that HR management function of performance management at least up to the level of performance monitoring of HR for projects should not be considered supplementary or merely a support function as the existing literature of project management proclaims. Rather, HR management function performance monitoring should be declared as one of the driving forces in the hands of a project manager with which it makes or breaks the project outcome utilizing his human resources.
