What you can expect:
Working within the technical services team you will
proactively plan, co-ordinate and evaluate efficacy data for
the registration of BASF Crop Protection products in the
UK and across central Europe. This includes preparation of
biological dossiers and product labels within a specified
submission date as well as product literature in order to
support market introduction and sales. In addition, you
provide the interface for our UK and IE customers by
operating the Technical Hotline as well as offering technical
expertise for the wider BASF Crop Teams in the UK and
Europe including representation at European technical
meetings. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain
awareness of technical issues as required in order to ensure the

Applicants should have extensive experience of working in an economic research

international economies, tax and fiscal policy, good statistical and econometric
skills and knowledge of the application of economic analysis to policy-making

Exciting developmental opportunity within our new community research team
The Salford Lung Study is a GSK sponsored study
in collaboration with the University of Manchester
and health services in Salford. CK Clinical is
recruiting the large community study nurse team
to drive this exciting research project. The nurse
group will comprise several teams of nurses,
each with a team leader, based around volunteer
primary care clusters and pharmacies.
The Clinical Research Nurses will ensure patient
safety and play a key role liaising with doctors,
nurses, practice staff and other HCPs, helping
them prepare and develop ready to join the study.
Once the study is running the CRN’s will maintain
adherence with the study protocols, follow up
patient events and provide respiratory patient
review for practices as part of the study and in
some practices as a part of routine care. The
successful candidates will be keen to contribute
proactively to the project’s completion and will
clearly demonstrate team working and networking
skills and the ability to develop effective working
relationships.
The Team Leaders will use their skills and
experience to maintain the momentum and
conduct of the study, driving it to operational
success.
The role requires a registered nurse qualification
recognised in the UK. Additional Diplomas in
respiratory care would be an advantage as would
experience of research or GCP, however this
training will be provided for the right candidates.
Experience of working in primary care would be
highly desirable. You must be in possession of a
driving licence and your own car as the positions
involve travel in the North West region.
