Fast if they are trying to lose weight because it is high in sugar. There is a low-carb Slim Fast
available, which would be an option for diabetics or those that are trying to decrease their carb intake.

The low-carb version of Slim Fast is sweetened with an artificial sweetener, but the regular version is
not. While it is not particularly safe to eat an abundance of artificial sweeteners, having a huge intake
of sugar is not safe for some people. Make sure you select the version that is best for you and your
health needs.
One serving of Slim Fast contains around 180-200 calories and 40-50 fat calories. That may seem
like a lot, but you have to consider the fact that this shake was formulated to replace an entire meal.
The low-carb version has more calories and fat calories than the traditional version.
