Air Signs
The Air Signs are those who like to be occupied in continuous social
contact. They are the ones who would enjoy their culinary experience the
most if you let them dine on a huge table with a lot of people to talk to. It is
because the Air element in their astrological sign rules their nervous system
which often leads them easily to stimulated and overwhelming reactions, to
listen to what other people have to say. People with Air signs should keep a
substantial amount of minerals and sprouts in their meals.
Gemini
Geminis always need their Soul Food, which is brain food. Give them topics
to discuss and gossips to chitchat about, and they won’t give you a chance to
leave the table. They are not really choosy about their food because their
mind is always busy elsewhere. Any food that stimulates their thought

Libra

Water Signs
If there are any two things that rule the world of the Water signs, that would
be feelings and emotions. People with Water signs are highly sensitive to
environmental organisms such as fungi and bacteria. They are likely to
suffer from recurring health issues such poor assimilation; which is why,
they should stay away from fattening foods. Instead, go for fruits and
vegetables as their Food for good Health. When they are ill, (which is about
most of the time) it is because the water content in their constitution
becomes low and therefore fails to flush out the toxins.
Cancer
Cancerians don’t like unfamiliar dishes or even ingredients for that matter.
They prefer to stick to the traditional style of cooking. They are extremely
crazy about dairy products so if you are a Cancerian, or you have one around
you, keep a check on their dairy product intakes. Instead, include sea food in
the menu. They are very particular about their comfort and they don’t
generally feel very comfortable with a crowd full of unfamiliar people. So, if
you are treating a Cancerian, make sure they are around the family.
Scorpio
Scorpios are intense lovers of food. Or, you can say they are the lovers of
intense flavors in food. They like to savor every bite, but their love for food
is governed by an ‘all or nothing’ principle. They are usually mature than
their counterparts in the sense that they have a gift of intuition. They just
know where to draw the line and how. You will rarely find a Scorpio being
overwhelmed. Their food habits are quite akin to those of the Aries people.

check on their intake of non-vegetarian foods.
Pisces
Pisceans are tremendously flexible and creative. They love to drink as much
as possible so keep an eye on their fluid intakes. Pisceans need their daily

to them. Pisceans have a liking for the aroma of food. They are by nature

Foods for Health for the Air Signs
Gemini: Light eating with nuts and lots of minerals.
Libra: Steamed vegetables, croutons. A high-protein diet with minimum sugar,
minimum fat and minimum poultry foods.
Aquarius: Sea food, sprouts and lentils. Have as less caffeine as possible.
Foods for Health for the Water Signs
Cancer: Avoid bakery products. Include lots of calcium, lean protein and fruits
into your diet.
Scorpio: Lots of green salad, citrus fruits, lentils, nuts and seafood.
Pisces: Foods rich in iron, fleshy vegetables, oats and natural sugar

Even though your zodiac sign determines your diet, you must never indulge
into too much of anything. You have to be your own guide and take control
of your eating habits. You must note that this is just a rough guideline and
