Pham Thanh Nam is a SNV REDD+ Advisor/Field Coordinator in Lam Dong province. Two major works under USAID funded - Lowering Emissions in Asia's Forests - LEAF in Lam Dong province are developing Provincial REDD+ Action Plan which reduce emissions in Lam Dong forestry sector and develop Curriculum for Climate Change in Mekong Universities including Da Lat University. He is a Climate Leader trained by Mr. Al Gore, U.S. Former Vice President and Chairman of Climate Reality Project.
