 Familiarly with the organization helped in setting up the
informational interview
 Learned about environment in a community-based organization
 Became aware of other organizations I was not aware of
 Educated about the related occupations

 Challenges dealing with diverse clients
 A job developer has a set schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
But may be required to work late hours or weekends.
 Salary ranges from $40,000-$45,000 per annum plus additional
benefits
 I believe that I can make a difference if given a chance.
 Ontario has potential for the job developer position except at
this company
