Religion does not necessarily lead one to God.
It is service to humanity which counts.
Religious laws are to be subjected to critical review to elevate mankind to civilised status by rescuing the masses from the clutches of religious leaders.
Love to humanity transcends religion.
Hindu religion cannot be allowed to continue with its notorious chaturvarna system.
The core of the genetic discrimination lies in priesthood.
People of all castes should be allowed to become priests in all the temples in which Brahmins alone officiate as priests.
This is an independence struggle to free the masses from the apartheidistic stranglehold of Brahmins over the people.
Brahmins do not belong to the idolatrous religion of the natives of India.
Apartheid in South Africa was skin-deep; apartheid in India is soul-deep.

◼ CHENNAI: Noting that freedom of expression is always challenged
when it touches upon religious beliefs, the Madras high court has
made it clear that well-researched opinions on religions or gods
cannot be construed as derogatory or against religious sentiments,
causing disharmony among various sects of people.
◼ “It is one thing to make reckless and derogatory remarks against
religious beliefs, and it is entirely a different thing to express opinions
after reading the entire literature or history of various characters
who are revered as god or goddess in this society,” Justice N

8. It is essential for men to review all the religious concepts with
a view to retrieving the mankind from the tyrannical clutches
of religious leaders
Galeleo was right and the priests were wrong. .
India, a special case. Religion of the people bracketed as ‘Hindus’ transcends
the process of seeking God. It controls micro-social aspects of life and
introduced the concept of Apartheid by dividing the people and imposing
discriminatory penal provisions too for identical crimes.
Leaving the priests and religious leaders of any religion free without any control
by the society and without being monitored by the State in a transparent
manner would result in serious threat to the peace and harmony in the civil
society. History testifies to this fact.
The activities of all the religious leaders should be subjected to public scrutiny
and criticism.

Rejection of religious authority iis essential where injustice is

He regretted it so deep and wanted to die. (ககடுக என்னாயுள்; கடிதிேள் துணிபே) He died of
heart attack when he realized that he had committed mistake by ordering the killing of Kovalan.
கோற்லகப் ோண்டியன்.
But Chanakya suggested a novel formula to redeem the king from sins accrued to him when he
punished an innocent man. His Arthasastra says, “When a king punishes an innocent man, he shall
throw into water dedicating to God Varuna a fine equal to thirty times the unjust imposition; and
this amount shall afterwards be distributed among the Brahmins. By this act, the king will be
free from the sin of unjust imposition” (Page 268 – Book IV – Chapter VIII.)
Chanakya did not even have any intention to pay that amount to the victim who had been wrongly
penalized.
20. Non-Brahmins would commit mistakes, Brahmins
would gain out of them
A social structure was created for that purpose
Fines were imposed on the people who were found
guilty of various crimes. But all those fine amounts
collected by the government were diverted for the
welfare of the Brahmins. It was made the duty of the
king to do so. Manu Chapter IX: Verse 323: A king
(who feels his end drawing nigh) shall bestow all his
wealth, accumulated from fines, on Brahmanas,
make over his kingdom to his son, and then seek
death in battle.
21. Public money from the Government was
siphoned off in the name of religion for
sectarian benefits
22. Rama was made to donate ‘great wealth’ to the Brahmins, when he
went to see his father for the last time before going to forest.
This was recorded in Ramayana and it is venerated to make others to
follow suit. Non-Brahmins were counted for nothing.

subjugated the Aparanta districts along the western coast and then proceeded
nothwards, where he conquered the Parasikas, defeated Hunas and the
Kambojas, Utsavasamketas, Pragjyothisha, Kamarupa and then returned “to
his capital laden with glory and wealth”.
“He then performs the Visvajit sacrifice (indicative of universal conquest), in
which he gives away to Brahmans (by way of Dakshina) everything that he
possessed.”.
Raghu “had thus practically beggared himself in the Visvajit sacrifice”.

by the Brahmins to make the kings believe
in the theory of Brahmanical Supremacy
and in showering gifts of enormous nature
to the Brahmins, in the belief that it was a
duty of prime importance to the king.
No such gifts were meant to be given to the
Sudras, who constituted a large proportion
of the population in every country.
Sudras were made just hewers of wood and
drawers of water.
This was projected as ‘Dharma’ in religious
aspect.

74. King Vena prohibits brahmins from
performing sacrifices
King Anga’s son was Prince Vena. He was
made king after Anga left the family.
Vena does not like being controlled by
Brahmin clique in running the affairs of the
country. He prohibits the Brahmins from
performing sacrifices. He announces it
throughout the country through tom-tom
also.
75. Dharma : Vena, Brahmins and Ambedkar
The Brahmins become angry and they conspire against Vena.
They say that they made Vena king only because of the possible
anarchy without a formal king, after his father had left the
kingdom high and dry. They say that Vena was an undeserving
person to the throne. So they want to go and meet him to restore
the privileges of Brahmins, which they call Dharma. But Vena does
not accept that yardstick for the term Dharma.
Vena was right and blunt. "The Vedas do not preach Dharma in
the sense of morality", says Ambedkar (Page 140 - Dr. Babasaheb
Ambedkar Writings and Speeches - Vol 4).
Morality has always been an anti-thesis to Chaturvarna fanatics.
76. “How can there be welfare for the people ? Vena is wicked by nature and he desires to
destroy the subjects. Still we shall pacify him so that the sin of having made him king shall
not attach to us” saying thus the Brahmins go and talk to Vena. They were very angry with
Vena but did not show it then.
“Resolving thus, the sages approached Vena with their anger concealed, and told him,
conciliating him with gentle words :
‘Let not that Dharma which is the welfare of your subjects disappear from you ; when it
disappears, the king falls down from his power. The Lord is pleased with that King in whose
country and city, O blessed king, the Lord is worshipped by the people ; and what is
unattainable when that King of kings is pleased?”
77. Vena does not yield;wants the Brahmins to
worship him.
King Vena says, 'You are either childish or you imagine
Dharma in what is Adharma, — you who ignore the
husband who maintains you and adore the clandestine
lover. Vishnu, Brahma, Siva, Indra, Vayu, Yama, Surya, —
these and other gods, who have it in their power to bless or
curse, are present in the body of the king ; the king is the
embodiment of all gods. Therefore, without malice for me,
you Brahmins, worship me with sacrifices and rites.”
It was a Royal Command.
78. Brahmins assassinate
Vena
The Brahmins do not want to accept the
supremacy of Vena as ‘God’. They feel
they have been insulted.
“Thus insulted by Vena, the sages grew
angry; and with their anger mounting
up, they struck down with the (fatal)
sound of 'Hum', Vena, (already) killed by
his insulting the imperishable Lord.”
79. His son, obliges Brahmins and is equated with God
The Brahmins make Prithu, son of Vena, the king.
He runs the nations duly pleasing the Brahmins.
And Brahmins equate him with God.
“King Prithu, son of Vena, made (the surface ol) the earth almost even ; and
on it then, Prithu, who was God Himself, and who maintained his subjects
like a father, created everywhere places of dwelling,..” —

80. Reform the Hindu religion!
Rescue it from the Hindutva fanatics!!
• Make Non-Brahmins of all
castes, priests in all the
temples in which
Brahmins alone officiate
as priests.
• Let there be real
equality within Hindu
religion.
• Varna system benefitted
and benefits only the
Brahmins to exploit the
Non-Brahmins in the
Hindu fold.
• When Jizya was levied,
Brahmins betrayed the Non-
Brahmins and got exemption
only for them. They made
others to pay their share of
Jazia.
• But, the Brahmins caused
levy of more cruel Jizya,
the Poll Tax on the oppressed
people of Tranvancore in
1752 AD. “Poll tax was rudely a novel invention
of Marthanda Varma and his crafty Tamil Brahmin
minister Ramayyan” (Page 394 – A Social History of India)
• Varna system continues still,
in practice.
• Let us banish it and evolve
a civilised Hindu society.
