This document describes a virtual ocular system project created by Vivek Sanghvi and Nayan Seth. The project involved building a head-mounted display for virtual reality using a 720p camera for head tracking, LED lights, and a 234p display. Software was developed using game engines to create immersive media experiences. Potential applications mentioned include training, medical treatment, and recreational gaming. Limitations noted were latency, motion sickness, and that the technology is still nascent.
