Preface
• ‘Comilla Victorians’ (কু িম�া িভে�ািরয়ানস; ComillaV) is a new franchise that
plays in the BPL T20 cricket, 3rd edition (2015).
• The owners and their family have a long track record as a patron of
Bangladesh Cricket.
• It is formed as a private initiative by a group of sports lovers who want to
use the BPL platform to develop an international standard stadium for
cricket and other sporting activities
• Participated in BPL 1st and 2nd editions as a franchise of ‘Sylhet Royals‘
and successfully reached the playoffs of BPL 2nd edition
• The owners have contributed to other areas of sports like Football, Hockey
• Plan to establish a full fledged international standard sports academy in
Comilla to promote local players
