My motivation comes from the feeling of being able to serve my alma mater. I have been working in various capacities since my graduation in the year 2000 from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering, Research and Technology Chandrapur (RTM Nagpur University). I have worked as a teacher, learner, organizer, coordinator of EEE, ETC, and AEI departments, and also taking care of other responsibilities such as Dean Research & Development, Sr. Hostel Warden, Sr. Exam Superintendent, Surya Mitra Skill Development Program Head, Online Examination In-charge, and as a Principal (In-charge). In 16 years of teaching, I taught various subjects at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
