3/4 of all WBOs are majority-owned (+51%), totaling 7.2M
firms, employing 7.3M people, generating $1.1T in sales
Majority WBOs account for 40% of all privately-held firms
1 in 5 firms +$1M is woman-owned; 3% of all woman-owned
firms make +$1M (vs. 6% of men’s)

Women small business owners will create 5-5.5M new jobs in
the US by 2018 for a more inclusive, horizontally-managed

currently accounting for just 16% of total
