Middle School High Five Strategies to Promote Literacy in All Content Areas
Abstract:
The presenters will share the High Five strategies that have improved literacy at East Middle School.
These strategies are research based and easily adaptable for all content areas. The strategies include
KIM Vocabulary, Read Around the Text, Reciprocal Teaching, Two-Column Notes, and Sum It Up.
