7. The strategic project "Krakow Nowa Huta of the Future" assumes the implementation of four
separate investment tasks:
Science and Technology Park "Branice",
Logistics and Industrial Center "Ruszcza",
Center for Large-Scale Outdoor Cultural Events "Błonia 2.0",
Recreation and Recreation Center "Przylasek Rusiecki".
8. Nowe Żerniki is a model housing estate, located in the western part of Wrocław. The architecture
of the estate directly refers to the famous, avant-garde project of the 20s and 30s of the last
century was an attempt to create a construction tailored to different groups of residents. Urban
planning and architectural solutions applied in Nowa Żerniki, also known as WuWa2, refer to this
concept, meeting the highest standards and meeting the real needs of the residents.
