 • Rooted in crisi-tunity (crisis + opportunity)
    – Crisis: something bad is happening or is going to
      happen
    – Opportunity: you can do something to prevent it
 • Solid theory of change

    – Work backward from your end goal, step by step
 • Real-world impact
