I co-founded and I'm managing the operational aspects of NGDATA. Before that I co-founded and managed Porthus. After Porthus was acquired by Descartes Systems Group, I innovated and managed the global R&D activities of Descartes. I have been working on strategic planning, M&A’s and subsequent change management programs on an international level and for public companies, reporting to board level. On a day to day basis I have been managing R&D departments, country organizations, customer services departments and other departments.
