Original Spare Parts
As the original equipment manufacturer NIDEC ASI is able to give unmatched support in the
stocking and supply of spare parts providing:
 Minimum stock level programs to ensure that the most readily needed spares are
always available
 On-shelf spare status management
 Repairing activity of existing stocked spares
 Replacement program of spares
 Emergency stock program to ensure that “critical” parts are always available to
technicians in the event of any emergency intervention.

• Predictive mechanical check during operations - Yearly basis (i.e. vibration measurements, alarm
analysis, balancing control etc.)
• Predictive electrical check with motor out of operation - Yearly basis (i.e. diagnostic testing on stator

inspection of main and auxiliary terminal boxes, control of heat exchangers etc.)
