       opinions are posted on Twitter.
   •
       Understanding the mood of the crowd is either
       impossible or expensive – and if possible then
       the insights are not shared with others.
   •
       Fan engagement demands that you understand
       your fans and that your fans understand the
       mood of other fans.

     Churnbar platform:
      Collection and analysis of tweets about a
       football match;
      Intelligence, the result of analyses are
       delivered in real time:
       
         Fans – smartphone apps;
       
         Clubs & Sponsors – customized dashboards;
       
         Broadcasters – widgets for on-screen display.
   
     Everyone has access to real time intelligence
     based on the mood of the crowd – engaged fan
     base – which is relevant to them.

        Concentrated on Football due to volume of
       supporters and therefore tweets per minute –
       raw data.
