Components of delivery include daily reporting, SLA governed, problem management, change management , request management. Regular feedback to the Client Governance Team on services delivered via our Service Management. If there are any improvements identified, this is fedback to Client Governance Team. With their acknowledgement and agreement, improved services are delivered to User Community as the service cycle continues.
