Sample of a Will
This is the last Will of me Colonel Happy Soul, s/o late Prof Old Man, age 71 years, resident
of AB-41, Defence Colony, New Delhi-1100 made this the 25th day of January, 2021 out of
my independent and free wish, without any pressure or inducement.
1. I hereby revoke all former Wills and codicils made by me.
2. I out of my own labour and earnings have following self-acquired immovable and movable
properties.
IMMOVABLE
a. Flat No C-518, Tower 5, Paradise View, Sector 126, Noida with garage No. 126 held
jointly with my wife Ms Pretty Sweet.
b. Shop No. 19, Upper Ground Floor, Shoppers Market, Sector 18-B, Noida measuring
450 sq. ft.
c. Orchard at Survey No 4401, Village Modipur, Dist Kashipur measuring five bigha and
with 1600 standing trees of Indian goose berry.
MOVABLE
a. SB Account No ABCDEF, Bank of Baroda, DaryaGanj Branch, New Delhi jointly
with my wife Ms Pretty Sweet where my daughter Ms Beauty Queen is the nominee.
b. Locker Acct No GHIJK in the above Bank operated jointly with my wife Ms Pretty
Sweet with aforesaid nominee.
c. Demat Acct No 99887766 in CDSL
d. Pistol revolver bore.32 under license No. LMN/2022 make Webley Scott
e. Hyundai i20 car, registered No DL97P 1122
3. I appoint my younger brother Brigadier Good Luck, Resident of C-510, Tower 6, Paradise
View, Sector-126, Noida, executor of this my Will.
4. I give all my immovable and movable property except those listed in paragraphs 5 and 6
below to my wife, Ms Pretty Sweet for her life absolutely, and in the event if she predeceases
me, then to my daughter Ms Beauty Queen, and if my daughter dies before my aforesaid wife,
then to my nephew Mr Big Rascal.
5. I give the following annuities to commence one month after the date of my death and to be
paid every month. Responsibility and duty to pay these annuities and to clear my credit card
debt will devolve upon my wife Ms Pretty Sweet.
a. To my daughter, Ms Beauty Queen, resident of Dower Terrace, Salt Lake, Honolulu
(USA), an annuity of Rs 35,000/- to be paid during her life;
b. To my sister, Ms Ruby, w/o Late Prof Clever Fellow, resident of Flat A-96, JNU
Campus, New Delhi, an annuity of Rs 10,000/- during her life;
c. To my nephew, Mr. Big Rascal, resident of 19-A, Vivek Vihar, New Delhi, an annuity
of Rs 4000/- during his life;
d. To my old servant, Mr. Very Faithful, resident of Village Raipur, Teh and PO Bah,
district Agra, an annuity of Rs 3000/- during his life;

6. I give to the Commandant of Mechanised Infantry Centre, all my medals, awards, books and
passport, apart from one time grant of Rs. Fifty thousand which would be paid by my wife Ms
Pretty Sweet within a month of my debt. The collection of my all religious and spiritual books
will be donated to the Community Center temple at Defence Colony, New Delhi.
7. I appoint my daughter Ms Beauty Queen (and in her absence to my nephew Mr Big Rascal)
to be my legacy contact for my Facebook account (password- SamManekshaw). She will also
have access and authority to have my Twitter account (password-bravosquadron) deactivated,
and to deal with my Gmail account (password- kmCariaapa). My daughter will also submit
Profile Removal Form to the LinkedIn.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Colonel Happy Soul have signed this Will hereunder the
day and year first above written.
