1. Leadership : An Internal Power
Leadership, an internal power or a natural Gift from the birth by the God. It is our internal building
thought or a God Gift. Leadership can be made or a God Gift.
Can Leadership come from our internal power? Or It can be found from our Strength or weaknesses? Is
there any positiveness in our weaknesses ? And can we find out some positive things from our weakness
to develop the internal power form It? Can it be developed from our internal power from our positive
thought? Is it necessary to be title of a leaders?
Each individual have some internal power. But the main thing is that to be find out and make it out and
to implement.
“Getting lost along your path is a part of finding the path you’re
meant to be on.”
The ability to attain these unique powers is what enables leadership
to influence subordinates and peers by controlling organizational
resources. The successful leader effectively uses these powers to
influence employees, and it is important for leaders to understand
the uses of power to strengthen their leadership.
Coming to the individual power, every individual having some strength as well as weakness. But it is
necessary to find the positiveness from that weakness. A drinker or the smoker having also some
positive things. Like a drinker having the quality to handle any taste of life, like he or she can take the
test of bear or drink. A smoker having the quality to come out from the waffle.
An internal power may affect the behavior and the quality of individuality. So to aware about the our
internal power must be important to improve our leadership quality and come it out to the view.
Change Yourself as “Can I” to “How Can I?”:- Life is just a series of moments. If you miss the moments,
you miss your life. Build your ability to solve the problems. And make yourself to be comfort to take the
risk. On the other If you don't act on life, life will act on you. It may affect to think what can I do but a
good leader having the quality to find out the various way to find out the solution.
To inspire your workers into higher levels of teamwork, there are certain things you must be,
know, and, do. These do not come naturally, but are acquired through continual work and study. Good
leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills; they are NOT resting on
their laurels.

2. An Individual may learn from the following things and apply to improve their internal power :-
Mirror: He or She Must See Value in Himself/herself to Add Value to Yourself.
Awareness: He or She must know himself/herself to Grow Himself/herself.
Modeling: It's Hard to Improve When He or She Have No One But Himself/herself to Follow.
Rubber Band: Growth Stops When He or She Lose the Tension between Where He or She is and
Where He or She Could Be.
Contribution: Developing him/her Enables, He or her to Develop Others.
There are many leaders who face many problems during their childhood but become a real hero for the
organization. They work out on the thinking and implemented it into the work. There are many leaders
who have no title but become a great Leader.
There are many names of great leaders who have no title but they are now on the top of the world, A
good leader. One of the best example is Robin Sharma, he suffered with many problems, he lost his
father but he fight with the situation and now he is a great leader. He was voted 2nd numbers along with
Jack Welch and Robin Giuliani.
Another great example of Steven Paul Jobs, who struggled in his carrier firstly with lost of his parents in
very short period , then after struggled with his carrier during 1985, in Apple inc. He used to improve his
internal power and make improvement in it and starts thought some inspired idea. He comeback to the
Apple in 1995 and launched some new product that brought Apple from near bankruptcy to profitability
by 1998. And Now All we know Steven Jobs and their achievement and thoughts, specially the
presentation of launching the Apple I-PAD, as he came with a new idea.
Not only Steven paul Jobs or Robin Sharma are the example of a good leader but there are thousands of
example on it, who try to improve their internal power and make themselves a good leader.
We must inspired from them and try to improve our internal power.
You Must See Value in Ourselves to Add Value to ourselves.
But now the question is “How can anyone able to know their internal power and How to work on it?”
