Although I studied translation and interpreting I turned down an MA in applied linguistics to work for an Internet startup in 1996, probably the best decision of my life. Since then I have been involved in most areas in this sector, starting as a "web master", on to web design, web authoring, web development, project management, business analysis, team leading etc. in various positions at companies like Groovy Net, Medisign, HellasNet, Isonet and FORTHnet.
