The Kidney Foundation of Canada worked with Joachim Okoye during March 2015 for their 2nd annual Kidney Month fundraising event, which raised $2,200 for kidney research and programs. Joachim wrote media releases, recruited and educated volunteers, and helped organize elements of the fundraising event. Since 1964, the Foundation's fundraising events have contributed over $100 million to kidney research and support services across Canada.

kidney day. He also helped organize elements of the fundraising event, including building relationships
between the media and store managers surounding the event

kidney-related research and offer important support services to patients in our communities across
