2. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.

3. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

4. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

5. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

6. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.

7. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Radiate Loving-Kindness to all.

8. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

9. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

10. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

11. Forgive everyone for everything .

12. Do not let what other people think of you affect your mental peace.

13. Jealousy or Envy is a mental poison. Value what you already have.

14. There are Ups and DOWNs in Life. Realize this: THIS TOO WILL PASS.

15. Real Joy and Peace come when we reach out more to others in need.

16. Don’t take yourself so seriously. Learn to forgive yourself.

17. Smile and laugh more. It is good for your body and mind.

19. Let go of the past. Worry not of the future. Live More in the NOW.

20. Develop this vital quality of the mind: A state of alertness, awareness and mindfulness.
